Determining Your Microdose Protocol
To establish your microdosing routine, we suggest selecting two specific days each week to take your dose, such as every Tuesday and Saturday morning. Depending on your familiarity with microdosing, you can adjust the frequency to meet your individual goals and lifestyle. It is recommended, however, to take at least two days off per week. Various popular protocols exist, including Dr. James Fadiman’s 1 day on, 2 days off, and Paul Stamets’ 5 days on, 2 days off.
To begin your microdosing journey, we suggest taking your first dose on a day with minimal obligations, such as a Sunday, to help you feel comfortable and explore the effects. Additionally, we recommend taking a one-week hiatus after two months of microdosing to observe any changes you may be experiencing.
